Almost anyone can walk for better health, even with arthritis. Start slow. Breathe. It will lighten your mood, too.

Energized and Active

Participation in SilverSneakers has given me the discipline to be active in physical activity. I am most proud of the fact that I have lost over 20 lbs. Being active everyday keeps me motivated because I have been able to ease the pain of arthritis in my back. I feel energized by the workout activity. I enjoy using many of the different machines. I would advise anyone to join the SilverSneakers program for the improvement in their health and for the general feeling of well-being.
