You’ll get a fun, effective workout led by an expert instructor who will encourage you along the way. Plus, with more than 50 classes each week, you’ll never get bored.

In this video, SilverSneakers Master Trainer Andi will guide you through a 10-minute version of SilverSneakers Circuit, one of our most popular classes. It’s a standing workout that uses a chair for support, and it combines cardio and strength for a double-duty session. The best part: It’s set to upbeat music that’ll get you in the mood to move.

About SilverSneakers Circuit

Here’s what you can expect in a full-length SilverSneakers LIVE online class: “We’ll do three cardio segments and alternate those with three strength segments using handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a non-weighted ball,” Andi says.

If you don’t have that equipment at home, no problem. You can simply use your own bodyweight to get a great workout.

How to Do the SilverSneakers Circuit Express Workout

In this shortened version, you’ll do a five-minute cardio segment followed by a five-minute strength segment. You’ll need dumbbells if you have them, a sturdy chair, and open space free of obstacles.

“Make sure you have space to move in all directions,” Andi says. “I like being in the back corner pocket [next to the chair] so that I can move freely, but I can reach out to the chair for a little support.”

To start, warm up on your own for five minutes by walking or marching in place. When you’re ready, press play on the video above, and follow along.

Throughout the workout, Andi offers ways to make the moves easier or harder. “Find what’s best for you today,” she says. And feel free to pause and sip water whenever you need.
