Ingredients

  • ¼ cup shredded zucchini
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh grated ginger root
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond butter
  • 1 small Fuji apple, sliced

Instructions

  1. Stir together zucchini, ginger, cinnamon, maple syrup, and almond butter. Use as a dip for apple slices.
