I would encourage anyone who is considering living a longer healthy life to find the time to go to their nearest fitness center and begin or continue a program and attend at least twice a week. Your body will reward you by feeling better. I have been active all my life and I still can participate in tennis, raquette ball, touch football and pickelball at 75 years of age. I've beaten cancer and rehabbed injuries and broken bones and recovered in 1/2 the time by being "in shape".
