Endless Paths to Success

Having rheumatoid arthritis for 16 years, I need to stay active. SilverSneakers program helps me to stay active by using stationary bike and treadmill walking machine and helps by using steam room facility and whirlpool to help with my aching joints. As a father and grandfather I enjoy the quality of life. On sunny days I take walks and enjoy a long bicycle ride. As for advice to others that have an illness, do not let it get you depressed. Get out there and stay active. Be positive even though there might be days that seem terrible. Become a SilverSneakers member and enjoy the different programs it has to offer. Take yoga, swimming classes, good luck on your journey to wellness, physically and mentally.
