I was able to do aqua therapy in the pool despite having lower back issues. I continued to manage my pain without medication. As an added bonus, I’ve kept my weight steady and enjoy making friends at various activities.
A pool workout is low impact, with water’s buoyancy putting very little stress and strain on our bodies. But t also has exactly the impact we want, combining aerobic and resistance training, using all the muscle groups, with big benefits in a short amount of time. This is a fun, shallow-water class that uses a signature splash-board to increase movement and intensity options. Beginner to intermediate skill levels.
