The goal of the SilverSneakers Million Pound Challenge is to help America’s seniors collectively lose 1 million pounds.

The 30-day fitness and nutrition program is designed to get you walking, working out, eating well, and weighing less. It’s fun and easy. You can participate by yourself or with friends. And it’s totally free.
