If you’re a SilverSneakers member, you get access to SilverSneakers LIVE online classes through Zoom. You’ll find classes of all styles and for all fitness levels. Even better, classes are tailored specifically for adults age 65 and older, and instructors are trained in senior fitness—so you can exercise safely and confidently.

About the Workout Plans

Beginner Plan: SilverSneakers Classic Light + SilverSneakers Yoga
This workout plan alternates two terrific beginner classes. SilverSneakers Classic Light is a great way to improve endurance, strength, and mobility. Pair it with SilverSneakers Yoga to increase flexibility and balance.

Intermediate Plan: SilverSneakers Circuit Light + SilverSneakers EnerChi
This workout plan alternates two excellent intermediate classes. SilverSneakers Circuit Light combines low-impact cardio and upper-body strength exercises. Pair it with SilverSneakers EnerChi for a tai chi–based workout that improves balance and focus.

Advanced Plan: Bodyweight Boot Camp + Yoga Flow
This workout plan alternates two awesome advanced classes. Bodyweight Boot Camp combines cardio and strength bodyweight exercises. Pair it with Yoga Flow for mat-based yoga poses to increase flexibility and breath awareness.
